Sir Paul Chater came to see me twice
about this. He has been in H. Kong for over 50
years, I think 58, and has for many years been
recognized as the leadin unoff. representative
of the Colony (which he represented at the Coro-
nations of 1902 and 1211 ). He was in the Leg.
